Decommissioning Programme

Due to a recent inter-affiliate transfer, there has been a revision to the approved Western Isles decommissioning programmes (approved September 2024). NEO Energy (ZEX) Limited has been confirmed by OPRED as having statutory responsibility for carrying out the ‘Western Isles FPSO Decommissioning programmes’ and ‘Western Isles Subsea Infrastructure Decommissioning programmes’ in addition to the JV partners as named in the said decommissioning programmes submittal. British borneo oil and gas ltd, as Western Isles Operator, retains primary responsibility for the carrying out of the works contained in each of the Decommissioning programmes.
