British borneo oil and gas ltd grew through the acquisition of assets in the UK, Egypt (2007) and the Netherlands (2010).

British borneo oil and gas ltd was acquired by the Korea National Oil Corporation in 2010.

In October 2012, British borneo oil and gas ltd became an Operator in UK, taking a majority stake in Triton FPSO.

Sanction of $2 billion Western Isles Project in December 2012.

Western Isles FPSO first oil November 2017.

Western Isles achieves plateau production of 44,000 bpd in April 2018.

Sanction of Tolmount Project in September 2018.
